Philippe manages the International Committee of the Red Cross partnerships and engagement relations on digital transformation and data. In his 18 years of humanitarian experience, Philippe has managed strategic and public communications at ICRC Headquarters, and done field missions in Sierra Leone, Israel and the Occupied Territories, India, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Lebanon, Ethiopia... He created www.digital-dilemmas.com to shed lights on the issue of digital risks faced by persons affected by conflict.
Born in Hong Kong, Philippe holds Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva, and a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Lausanne. He is also active in the Swiss French cultural scene. He is a founding member of the music label Poor Records and works with artists like Marta Revuelta or Pascal Greco. He is a member of the jury of the HEAD-ICRC-Red Cross of Geneva “Prix Art - Humanité”.
